Butterscotch-Peanut Fudge

Yummy, yummy, yummy! Who doesn't love fudge? Fudge is a family tradition in many families for Christmas and is a staple in ours!

1 Bag of butterscotch morsels (found near the chocolate chips)

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 cups tiny marshmallows

2/3 cup chunk-style peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup chopped peanuts




In saucepan combine butterscotch morsels, milk, and marshmallows.

Stir over medium heat till marshmallows melt.

Remove from heat: beat in peanut butter, vanilla, and a dash salt.

Stir in nuts.

Pour into buttered 9x9x2-inch pan.

Chill.

Cut in squares.

Store in refrigerator.

Makes 4 dozen.
