Another great family recipe passed down through the years. If you love pineapple you will love this.
2 Cups of flour
2 Cups of Sugar
1 Tablespoon of vanilla
1 Cup of walnuts
2 Teaspoons of baking soda
1 20oz Can of crushed pineapple and juice
Mix all together by hand and bake in 13 x 9 pan for 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Once cooled you can add cream cheese frosting to the top if desired along with crushed walnuts.
